POLICIES

Training session fees are due upon booking and no later than 48 hours prior to the requested session time. Your fee reserves your spot. If a fee has not yet been paid and another client requests that session time and pays the fee, your requested time is forfeit to the one who paid. 

If a session fee has not been received at least 48 hours prior to the requested time, the session is forfeit.

If you request a booking with less than 48 hours notice, the session fee is due within the hour.

***If there are extenuating circumstances you would like to have taken into account, contact your trainer directly. They may choose to make an exception but the decision is as at their sole discretion.***

If you cancel 48+ hours in advance, you will receive a full refund or you can apply the fee to your next booking. If you cancel 24+ hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund or you can apply the 50% to your next booking. Less than 24hrs notice means you forfeit the fee.

If your trainer needs to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund or you can apply the fee to your next booking.

If you would like a training session outside of KV, Saint John, or Grand Bay-Westfield, the trainer's travel expenses and time will be added to the session fee. Typically we will travel within 1.5 hours of Saint John on a case-by-case basis. Contact your trainer directly to discuss costs.
